Warner's girl Falzon strips off

Candice Falzon has stripped off in a racy new photo shoot showing why her cricket beau Dave Warner is one lucky man.

The Ironwoman and cricket WAG has gone topless wearing only sheer panties on the cover of the January issue of men's magazine Maxim Australia.

In the issue out tomorrow, Falzon shows off her toned body which has clearly had a positive impact on Warner who has excelled on the field in recent weeks.

Falzon recently laughed off rumours she is engaged to the Test batsman.

Reports had swirled that Warner had popped the question in Brisbane recently.

"No, 100 per cent, it's not true, " Falzon, who has been a high-profile cricket spectator in Perth this week, said.

"I definitely haven't got a rock."

She did, however, hint that the pair's relationship was going strong.

"We are very happy together but (a wedding proposal) is up to (Warner)," she added.

The Sydney surf lifesaver also appears to have been warmly welcomed into the tight-knit cricket WAG circle, having been spotted in the stands at the WACA in Perth this week with Kyly Clarke, the wife of Australian captain Michael Clarke.

Falzon is no stranger to dating high-profile sportsmen.

She moved to Perth in 2008 to be with Brent Staker when he was playing for the West Coast Eagles, but that relationship ended the following year.

Before that she made headlines with NRL bad boy Sonny Bill Williams after she was caught with him in a now infamous moment in a Sydney toilet while he was in another relationship.
