Ingredients

  • 450ml Woolworths thickened cream

  • 2x200g Woolworths Select Dark Chocolate, chopped

  • 12 Woolworths Homebrand white marshmallows, chopped

  • 1x500g Woolworths Select Classic Pavlova Base

  • 500g fresh berries such as strawberries, raspberries, cherries & blueberries

  • 1 litre Woolworths Select Cookies & Cream Ice Cream

  • 200g Woolworths Select Milk or White Chocolate, grated

Method

Pour the cream into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until warm. Drop in the chocolate and marshmallows into the warm cream and stir until sauce is smooth. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.

Drop spoonfuls of pavlova into the base of plastic cups. Top with a scoop of ice cream, followed by berries and fudge sauce. Repeat the layers. Sprinkle with grated white or milk chocolate and serve.

Woolworths Cooking Tips:

The Fudge sauce can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 weeks. Warm it in a heatproof bowl, uncovered in the microwave and serve over ice-cream, toasted waffles or Christmas pudding.

For adult version, reduce the cream for the fudge sauce to 400ml & add 50ml your favourite liqueur.
