He’s the man the critics love to hate, but he’s still the undisputed king of music radio despite almost being sacked several times for his bad behaviour.

It’s been a rollercoaster rise to the top for Kyle Sandilands, who’s gone from a stint of homelessness in his teens to now living in a Hollywood mansion. Along the way, his career’s been punctuated by frequent, very public controversies – all of which are up for discussion in his revealing new memoir, Scandalands.

There was the failed marriage to pop star Tamara Jaber, the abusive tirades against his critics, the one-sided feuds with other celebs, and of course the disastrous fallout from that lie-detector stunt. Now, Sandilands is finally ready to come clean about it all.

This is one of the only times he’s ever sat down for a one-on-one TV interview, with no topic off-limits. In this Sunday Night exclusive Mike Willesee doesn’t pull any punches – it’s the match-up that could rehabilitate Kyle’s public image or bury him forever.

Kyle Sandilands’ Scandalands will be published by Pan MacMillan on October 23.
