“Twenty f**ing minutes ... Don’t tell me to f***ing settle when you can’t even cook a fresh f***ing meal,” the woman yells.

“Everyone here is fed up with this f***ing restaurant.”

A young child jumps up and down beside her before saying, “stop it, mum”.

Mid North Coast Police District said it had received reports the 28-year-old woman was aggressively abusing a number of staff, including teenage employees, over a dispute on the time it was taking for her order to be processed.

It’s alleged she used “extremely offensive and abusive language towards the employees”.

The management at Kempsey McDonald’s were advised of the outcome and continue to provide support to the staff involved.
