Starbucks is expanding the way its cafes accept mobile orders made for delivery.

In a new partnership with GrubHub, over the next few months, Starbucks is set to roll out a program allowing lattes, ice-cold Frappuccinos, Pink Drinks and whatever else customers want to be ordered and delivered almost anywhere in the country using the food delivery service.

Beginning this month, Starbucks Delivery with Grubhub will hit select markets in Pennsylvania, Colorado and Illinois, with national availability anticipated in all 50 states by August of this year, according to a press release.

GrubHub is the third food marketplace to offer Starbucks, alongside two of its biggest competitors: Uber Eats and DoorDash. According to the release, the business deal comes in response to "increased customer demand" for Starbucks delivery options.

The partnership is also the latest update affecting customer experiences at Starbucks. Last week, the nationwide coffee house announced another change aimed at those who utilize Starbucks' order-ahead feature in its app.

According to an official statement shared with Parade on May 29, a rep for Starbucks said it "improved how the estimated order ready time is calculated in the Starbucks app when using the order ahead feature," so now the predictions are "more accurate than ever."

While the company didn't get into details regarding how it improved its online ordering system, other outlets tested out the new system and confirmed the ETA was more accurate than it previously had been.

Along with the improved order-ahead wait time calculator and expanded delivery services, the nationwide coffee chain is kicking off summer 2024 early with several new menu items, a whole new line of cups and a limited-edition Pride Month merch collab with queer artist Sofie Birkin.
