Shopping hack: Mum's simple move to save her back goes viral

A clever mother has discovered a simple yet genius hack to get her children in and out of a shopping trolley without physically lifting them.

Uploading a video of the trick to Facebook, Laura Castrillo, from Texas, Us, wanted to share “the best mum hack” with others after her mother complained of a sore back from lifting her grandchildren.

“My mom’s back was sore from lifting my kids in and out of the shopping cart. That’s when I shared THE TRICK with her. Behold, the best mom hack you’ll ever find.”

Ms Castrillo can be seen lifting the panel of her empty Walmart shopping trolley inwards to allow her son Vincent to climb through. She then lifts the panel again to allow her boy to climb out.

Her game-changing Facebook video has racked up an incredible 3.6 million views in less than a week of sharing it.
