A cyclist has been hit by a car with police now trying to find the driver.
The woman in her 50s was cycling in Speedwell, west of London, on November 25 about 8.15pm when a car hit her.
She was hospitalised but has since been discharged.
CCTV shows her riding when a car, which fails to stop, hits her and sends the cyclist flying.
“Following the collision the driver of the vehicle – believed to be a light-coloured Peugeot 206 or 207 cc – continued across the junction into Kingsmead Walk before turning around, driving around the cyclist and leaving the scene in the direction of Meadow Vale Road,” police said.
Police are investigating and are yet to find the driver.
On Facebook, people called the incident “horrendous”.
“Jesus! She had no chance,” one woman wrote.
One man called it “awful”.
