Can you spot the camouflaged snake hiding in these twigs?

A sneaky, inconspicuous snake has managed to hide itself amongst these twigs, but can you spot it?

Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers 24/7’s Lockie has posted another puzzle on Facebook asking its followers to find a serpent hiding in a picture and this one’s a doozy.

“There’s a snake in this photo?” one user commented.

The snake remains hidden behind damp debris from a tree and it’s easy to mistake the reptile for a branch or a twig.

But a few users have managed to solve the puzzle and the tiny snake can be seen on the left, slithering over a thick branch.

While Lockie is yet to confirm what species the snake is, it’s believed to be a keelback.

According to Queensland's Department of Environment of Heritage Protection, keelbacks are Australia’s only non-venomous, semi-aquatic snake.
