'He's an arrogant son of a b****': Warriena Wright's father blasts Gable Tostee

The father of Warriena Wright has broken his silence over his daughter’s tragic death, taking aim at Gable Tostee.

Warren Wright, 58, remained tightlipped when his daughter fell to her death from the 14th floor of Tostee’s Gold Coast apartment balcony in 2014.

Tostee, who now goes by the name "Eric Thomas" was acquitted of her murder, but Mr Wright has now insisted that verdict was wrong.

“Charge him with the right thing - false imprisonment resulting in death,” he told the Sydney Morning Herald.

“I don't know what the charge is in Australia, but that is what he is guilty of.

“That and being an arrogant son-of-a-b****, but I guess there's no crime against that.”

Despite his anger, Mr Wright conceded that no inquest or appeal would bring her back.

Just last week, Tostee sparked outrage when he wished all of his “hoes” a happy International Women’s Day on Facebook.

“Happy International Women’s Day to all ma hoes!!” he posted on Facebook last Thursday.

The outlandish post somewhat conflicts with Tostee’s previous requests for privacy following a very public and played out murder trial.
