Porn star filming with Schoolies teens accused of ‘predatory’ behaviour

The porn star has been criticised for travelling to the Gold Coast to make content with teenagers but has defended her right to work at Schoolies.

An adult content creator has admitted she made $20,000 in a 24-hour window after deciding to travel to the Gold Coast and make the most of teenagers celebrating the end of school at the annual Schoolies event.

Kay Manuel, 21, announced online she would be in the party hotspot throughout the three weeks of Schoolies and encouraged any young man who can prove he is over 18 to reach out "in the name of content".

"Hit me up because I'm here to have some fun, ok?" she said. So far during this Schoolies season, the porn star said she has had 20 sexual encounters with teenagers, which she has filmed and posted online.

Porn star says teens need to meet criteria to be filmed

Manuel — who has been in the adult industry since she was 18 — said there are several steps before she films X-rated content which her customers need to pay for in order to view.

The man needs to provide official documentation which proves he is over 18 as well as pass an alcohol breath test to prove he is sober before participating.

Adult star accused of being 'predatory'

The decision to promote her presence on the Gold Coast during Schoolies and make content with teenagers — who receive no financial compensation from the content — was condemned by 2Day FM radio host Erin Molan.

She called Manuel's behaviour "predatory" and said many may come to "regret" their decision to be filmed.

"I completely understand that perspective and I've actually had conversations with them [the men]... making sure they understand that it's not just a one time thing, it's going online. When it's posted online, it's there forever," the porn star responded.

Since "everything is above board" and legal, Manuel said she will continue her work as a professional on the Gold Coast and reap the financial benefits.
