'Peeping Tom' banned from using all devices with cameras
A Gold Coast man accused of secretly filming women in shopping centre change rooms, has been banned from using a mobile phone.
Eric Balanay, 30, was arrested on Sunday, accused of filming several women in change rooms and bathrooms at Harbour Town.
On Wednesday he faced Southport Magistrates Court on more than 50 counts of breaching privacy through making a recording.
Balanay was granted bail and ordered to stay away from the shopping centre.
He has also been banned from using a mobile phone, and any other device that can take pictures.

In a separate disturbing case, a woman has recorded a man trying to film her while she used the public toilets at Burleigh Beach.
She posted her video online, to warn other women to be wary, and alerted police.
“I honestly just feel disgusted by him and his behaviour and hope that he can be faced with the consequences,” Jane told 7 News.
