Men and children beat man in suburban street near Newcastle in apparent 'road rage revenge'
Shocking video footage has emerged of the moment a 51-year-old man was surrounded and attacked after he crashed into a parked car in the NSW Lake Macquarie region, south of Newcastle.
Video posted to Facebook shows the driver lying on the Windale road surrounded by a number of people, some who appear to kick and punch him.
A young teen can be seen racing in to kick the silver car with the crumpled bonnet.

The driver had crashed his Mazda into a car parked on Merrigum Street, Windale about 7.40pm on Tuesday.
He was surrounded and attacked when he got out of the car, police say.

He managed to flee the scene without injuries.
After viewing footage police say they are investigating who was behind the assault and affray.
