  • Why was a Rolls Royce Silver Wraith owned by your company valued to the RMS at $65,000? What is the difference in stamp duty between the actual and quoted values supplied to the RMS?

Incorrect. After the vehicles was repaired and resprayed "to white" Stamp duty was paid at $650,000.00.

  • Why was a Ferrari 458 owned by your company valued to the RMS valued at $34,000?

We have never owned a Ferrari 458 that was valued at $34,000.

* What is the difference in stamp duty between the actual and quoted values supplied to the RMS?

  • What have you told the RMS and the OSR about these valuations?

Generally, if any vehicles were to ever be purchased under market value this would be due to the following reasons; (not limited).

• the has been in a collision
• repairable write off
• mechanical faults.
• panel repairs required
• restored from original colour and alike
• vehicle hail or flood damaged
• vehicle purchased from auction.
