Young man dead after attending Defqon

A man has died after being found unconscious at the Defqon music festival in western Sydney.

The man - believed to be in his twenties - was pronounced dead a short time after arriving at Nepean Hospital in Kingswood at around 11:30pm last night.

He is yet to be formally identified.

Several others were also treated in hospital.

The three day dance party is now in its final day.
