NSW Health is investigating a case of Covid-19 in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

The health department said on Wednesday afternoon a man in his 60s had returned a positive test and he will be included in Wednesday's numbers.

He is not a returned traveller but works as a driver which includes transporting international flight crew.

Health authorities are now undertaking genomic testing to determine the source of infection.
