How mother and daughter spent final days before suspected suicide pact
Neighbours grieving the deaths of a Sydney mother and daughter, whose bodies were found after a suspected suicide pact, have revealed how the pair spent their final days.
Sisi Pouladian, 45, and her 20-year-old daughter Ashley were found inside their car alongside their beloved German shepherd after a note was discovered on the front door of their Greenacre home on Monday.
It explained that they could no longer go on after the death of their 24-year-old son and brother, and that their bodies could be found in a black car at the rear of their property.
Pouya Pouladian, a young pilot, died following complications with a procedure in March, leaving his mother heartbroken and withdrawn from the world, according to one neighbour.
Their neighbour said he saw the pair busily tidying their yard and house in the weekend prior to their death.
“They were making everything spotless and cleaned up the backyard,” the neighbour told the Daily Mail.
“I used to share their internet as well — but it was disconnected three days ago.”
Ashley, who also lost her father six years earlier to a heart attack, took to Facebook in the days following her brother’s death.
“Due to … unforeseen events post-operation, my 24-year-old brother, Pouya Pouladian, passed away a few days ago,” her tribute read.
“He was an amazing and hardworking person who never failed to care deeply for my mother and I. He was truly our inspiration in life.
“Words cannot describe what an angel he was. Rest easy Captain Pouya.”
Tributes have also poured in for the 20-year-old.
