McDonald's to give over 1,000 Aussies free coffee for a year - here's how to win
Fast food giant McDonald's is celebrating Australia's love of coffee by giving away a free cuppa every day for a year to 1,025 lucky customers in its latest nationwide promotion.
McDonald's says it will announce 25 winners daily between July 20 and August 30, 2022.
Your chance to win
To be eligible for this prize, Macca's customers need to purchase any beverage from a McCafé anywhere in the country.
"McCafé has been serving customers for over 29 years, so we understand the importance of great quality, great value barista-made coffee," McDonald's Australia Group Brand Manager Lancy Huynh said in a statement.
"We are taking our commitment on value to the next level by giving Aussies the chance to win free McCafé coffee for a year."

Ms Huynh added that Aussies can also avail themselves a chance to win by downloading the app to purchase a McCafé beverage.
"All you have to do is order any McCafé beverage using the MyMacca's app during the campaign period and you'll go in the draw to win," Ms Huynh explained and added: "The MyMacca's app can be used in restaurants, takeaway or drive-thru and customers will earn loyalty points for every dollar they spend on the app too."
Coffee culture
McCafé ran a similar promotion between February and March last year, also giving away free coffee to 25 winners a day through the campaign.
More information about McDonald’s competition including full terms and conditions can be viewed on the Macca's website.
The promotion comes as rival fast food retailer Hungry Jack's invests $20 million to roll out its barista-made coffee service, Jack's Cafe, in 410 stores around Australia after a successful pilot scheme in the ACT.
