Girl, 15, dies and seven-year-old boy seriously injured in Mother's Day crash
A 15-year-old girl has been killed in a car crash in South Australia’s mid-north, which has left five other children and a mother injured.
The car rolled at Bangor, more than 260km north of Adelaide, just after 11am on Sunday and the 15-year-old died at the scene, police said.
Four girls, aged between four and 11, have sustained non-life-threatening injuries, alongside the 35-year-old female driver.
A seven-year-old boy has sustained serious injuries and will be airlifted to hospital.

“Given today being Mother’s Day, I think it is an extremely tragic event,” Senior Sergeant Stephen Murray said at a press conference, according to The Advertiser newspaper.
“A 15-year old child has died and a seven-year old child is significantly injured, it is an extremely tragic event with the mother driving the vehicle at that time.”
Germein Gorge Road remains closed and drivers are asked to avoid the area.
