Finger lip-in' good! Woman gets tattoo to show her love of KFC

A KFC addict has taken her love of fried chicken to the next level by getting the fast food chain’s logo tattooed on her lip.

Melbourne woman Tabatha Andrade, 20, was warned by her parents if she was going to get ink it would have to be something that was “deeply meaningful and important” to her.

“I was on holidays up in Queensland when the urge just suddenly came to me and I decided to finally do it,” she said.

While holiday in November last year, the 20-year-old suddenly decided to take the plunge and pay tribute to the food that makes her “happier than anything else in the world”.

“KFC is my favourite fast food,” she said.

“I go there at least once a week, if not more.

“I showed my parents when I came home and they thought it was fake. But they’re okay with it now.”

Ms Andrade said her friends call her the “chicken connoisseur”.

She has also nicknamed her dog “Nugget” because she’s “obsessed with chicken nuggets”.

She got the inspiration to get the tattoo on her lip from Kardashian celebrity Kendall Jenner and insists it “did not hurt at all”.

The young woman is now hoping her tattoo might score her a free meal – or two – from KFC.

“I love the shock I get from people when I pull down my lip and show them,” Ms Andrade said.

“It’s always so funny.

“It would be awesome if they gave me free KFC because of it. Let’s see what happens.”

The Melbourne resident is not the only one sporting at KFC tattoo either.

Brooke Collins, from Penrith in Sydney’s west, won a year’s supply of chicken in July last year after revealing she has a KFC logo tattooed on her foot.

“Dad told me he’s not paying for dinner for a year and mum said she’s not cooking for me for a year,” the 19-year-old said.

“I don’t blame them.”
