Driver slaps angry note on ambulance for making him late for work

An angry driver has left a message on an ambulance windscreen labelling paramedics “a**holes” for blocking him in as they fought to save a life.

Paramedics had been called to an incident at Manchester, England, but when they returned to the ambulance they found the note from the irate resident.

“Thanks for blocking me in a**hole,” the note reads.

“Just took me 20 minutes to try and shunt out of drive along the pavement.”

The driver claims the paramedics are “so inconsiderate” because the road is “empty” but they chose to block the driveway.

North West Ambulance Service posted the note on Twitter.

“We hate to get in the way but the needs of our patients are our number one priority and abuse like this is absolutely uncalled for,” it tweeted.

It included a link to a campaign encouraging people to stop abuse against emergency services staff.

It’s not the first time paramedics have suffered abuse either.

In August, East Midlands Ambulance Service in Leicestershire, England, received an angry note about the way a vehicle was parked.

The infuriated resident claimed: “This is not the first time!”
