CHARLIE SHEEN WROTE $30,000 CHEQUE TO PORN STAR
According to TMZ.com, sources involved in the bender said Charlie asked the porn star to join the "porn family" he wants to create, cracking out his cheque book during the conversation.
Current reports circulating indicate that Charlie wrote the cheque to indicate good faith, making it out to "cash" and telling the porn star to take it to the bank and the money was hers.
Upon presentation at the bank, the teller reportedly called Charlie and one of his business associates to verify the transaction – apparently the cheque cleared for the very lucky porn star.
This report is the latest in a worrying downward spiral for Charlie that saw him voluntarily check into rehab over the weekend, after being hospitalised last week.
Producers for his TV show, "Two and a Half Men" released a statement saying, "Due to Charlie Sheen's decision to enter a rehabilitation centre, CBS, Warner Bros. Television and executive producer Chuck Lorre are placing 'Two and a Half Men' on production hiatus," continuing, "We are profoundly concerned for his health and wellbeing, and support his decision."
