Although coronavirus restrictions are lifting around the country and gyms are reopening, those unwilling to re-invest in gym memberships may be snapping up home gym equipment.

And this Saturday 13 June, Aldi is selling its coveted Air Rower for $349 as part of its fitness-focused Special Buys items.

The $349 rowing machine is a fraction of the price of what this item usually retails for, which can be up to $1,599.

The air rower has eight levels of air resistance and also a computer function which reports on vital data such as strokes per minute, distance, calories, time and more.

It comes with 12 months’ warranty and also folds away neatly so you can free up space for other self-isolation activities.

If the rowing machine isn’t your thing, Aldi is also selling other work-out items, such as sit-up bars or a ‘door gym’ made of cables to help you stay fit while you stay home during self-isolation.

Work-out gear such as compression tights or shorts, puffer vests, fitness tights and shirts are also going for less than $15.

Sneakers are also going for less than $20.

If you’re after the Air Rower, don’t sit around: Aldi warns there will be limited stock, so plan your Saturday morning accordingly.
