WATCH: Magpie attacks paraglider high in the sky above Victorian alps
A magpie has been filmed repeatedly swooping a paraglider in Victoria's alpine region, forcing him to glide away from the bird's territory.
The man was flying over the town of Bright when the aggressive magpie headed towards the wing of his paraglider.
"Oh my god, get out of here," the man can be heard saying in the GoPro footage.
As the paraglider tries to veer away, a second magpie can be seen circling him.

He said he tried to gain height to escape the swooping birds, but was travelling too far away from the landing paddock.
The paraglider gave up and returned to the ground.
