A disgraced attorney, who was jailed for 12 years for sexually abusing female clients, has been filmed hypnotising a woman for sexual gratification during an undercover police sting.

Michael Fine, 59, worked as a prominent Ohio divorce attorney before he pleaded guilty to charges relating to the abuse of six women he had hypnotised.

The woman in the footage had submitted two phone calls with Fine to police, who then asked her wear a wire during a 2015 meeting with the attorney.

“Each time I say the word sleep, you're gonna go deeper and deeper, ten times deeper. One, two, three, sleep ... one, two, three sleep,” Fine is heard instructing the client in the footage.

The session then moves to the couch and Fine can be seen grasping the client's hand.

He then turns the conversation to a sexual nature and asks her when was the last time she "made love".

“Every time I say the word pleasure, you cannot constrain or hold yourself back, your entire body is a vessel of pleasure,” he instructs.

“Every time I touch you, it's gonna be an incredible sensation.

“At the count of three, you won't be able to control yourself.”

After a fews minutes Fine clicks his fingers.

Moments later police storm into the office and arrest him.

Fine pleaded guilty to five counts of kidnapping and one count of attempted kidnapping.

“I paid him to help me. He used my trust and his position as my attorney to gain information about my vulnerabilities,” one victim said in court.

“He then used that information not only to protect and defend me, but also to manipulate, hurt and take advantage of me.”

“'He gets a 12-year sentence. I get a life sentence. Is 12 years long enough? Is this enough time for the pain, hurt and suffering that I now have to live with?”

Fine will be classified as a registered sex offender for the rest of his life.
