Thigh squeeze and 'no knickers': BBC's Olympic coverage sparks Twitter frenzy

An Olympic swimming presenter has been filmed appearing to squeeze the thigh of her co-worker under the table.

Rebecca Adlington was presenting for BBC during the under-the-table antic with co-presenter Mark Foster.

Double Olympic gold-medal winning Adlington was working alongside Foster, also a former Olympic swimmer.

Viewers were quick to spot her hand move on to his leg, as he shuffled some papers.

Twitter users commented on the pair’s chemistry, one wrote: “Can you just shift Mark Foster and Rebecca Adlington apart, I’m here to watch swimming, not them touch each other up”.

One viewer suggested Adlington “fancied” Foster.

Meanwhile Helen Skelton, who was presenting the BBC’s coverage of swimming, also sparked a frenzy on Twitter when fans noticed her tiny skirt.

The skirt offered viewers a glimpse of her enviably long legs, which led to viewers accusing her of wearing “no knickers”.

Some seemed concerned with Skelton’s choice of clothing with one commenting they thought she “must be going clubbing after this with that dress on”.

Another chimed in: “'Wasn't that bothered about the swimming. Am now. Is all.”

Others were quick to jump in to defend the presenter: “People are freaking out that @HelenSkelton was wearing a short skirt. Get over it. She looks HOT and is doing a great presenting job!!” one user wrote.
