Incredible police bodycam: 'Put the knife down!'

Police have released bodycam vision of a crazed man threatening them with an eight-inch kitchen knife outside a home.

The frightening video that was released this week shows two British police officers trying to calm Lee Vickers, 37, after he confronted them at a residence with a large knife in March 2014.

Vickers charges at the officers yelling 'Come on!' as he makes violent stabbing motions directly in front of the bodycam.

Police constables Alex Prentice and Debbie Wishart of Northamptonshire Police shout 'Put it down, put down the knife!' as the man moves closer, raising the knife in jolts of anger.
