Burst main floods properties in Adelaide's north east
Some residents at Valley View in Adelaide’s north eastern suburbs are still mopping up after a burst water main flooded several homes early this morning.
State Emergency Service (SES) volunteers were called in to help with the cleanup around 6am after residents woke to find water running down their driveways and towards their homes.
Three properties were affected, with one of those bearing the brunt of the deluge and having water rush inside the home.
Technicians isolated the leak just before 8am.
Traffic restrictions are in place on Grand Junction Rd while crews work to fix the broken pipe.
