Homeless people ‘firebombed’ by masked attacker

Police have released security video showing sleeping homeless people being firebombed by Molotov cocktails in Sydney back in February.

Two petrol bombs were thrown by a masked attacker at Tom Uren Place, Woolloomooloo on the corner of Cathedral and Bourke streets, an area where many of Sydney's homeless gather to sleep at night.

A third lit Molotov cocktail was thrown in the same area about 1.10pm the following day.
