Mother arrested for drink driving after son, 11, calls police from car

A mum was arrested for drink driving after her 11-year-old son called police to dob her in while riding in the car with her.

Sheriff deputies in Washington County in the US state of Oregon pulled over Nicole Norris on Saturday night after getting a tip off from her child, KPTV reports.

She was arrested after failing a sobriety test when an officer pulled her car over at about 9.30pm.

Two other drivers had also reported the woman to police.

Her son is now staying with relatives.
