White woman who beats up ‘racist white lady’ labelled hero

A white US woman is being called a “hero” on social media after confronting another white woman who was allegedly racist towards hotel staff.

In the beginning of the vision Colleen Dagg can be seen sitting on a chair inside a hotel lobby removing her shoes while a woman wearing the teal coloured dress appears to taunt her.

"Why are you taking your shoes off?" the woman asks Dagg in the vision.

"You gonna hit me with one of your shoes? I'm gonna f***ing shoot you in your f***ing face."

A security guard then attempts to intervene and tells both women to leave.

"I'm taking my shoes off so that if she puts her hands on me, I can defend myself," a furious Dagg yells.

After a heated back and forth verbal confrontation the pair end up in a knock down drag out fight that saw Dagg stand over the woman and pummel her several times.

It’s reported by several outlets that Dagg took offence to the woman’s comments to a Haitian security guard who was en employee of the hotel.

"You put your f***ing hands on me?!" Dagg shouts as she continues to hit the woman.

"You say some racist-a** s**t, and then you f***ing on me?"

The pair are eventually broken up by what appears to be hotel staff and the vision posted to Facebook.

Since then hundreds of people have sung her praises on social media calling her a hero for standing up to racism.

The woman accused of racism claimed on the footage that she was "three months pregnant".

She also insisted that Dagg be charged and was screaming for the police to be called.

The footage posted to Facebook has been viewed almost a million times.
