Woman 'denied cigarette, sets man's car alight'

Shocking security video demonstrates exactly why you should never play with fire at a petrol station, or refuse a smoke to a desperate woman.

The vision, captured by closed-circuit security cameras, shows the moment a woman sets a man's fuel tank alight as he was filling up his tank at a pump in Jerusalem.

Local media reported it was a revenge attack because the motorist had refused the woman a cigarette.

In the video, she can be seen approaching the man while he is pumping gas.

There appears to be a brief exchange before the accused walks away.

A short time later, she returns allegedly holding a lighter, which she tosses at the pump nozzle, spewing flames all over the man's vehicle, and the ground within seconds.

Both the victim and alleged attacker can be seen hurriedly fleeing the growing flames.

The flames rapidly spread, engulfing the car and the ground. The pair were forced to flee for their lives.
