Cricket World Cup: Ireland scores 8 for 331 against Zimbabwe in Hobart

Ireland has set Zimbabwe an imposing target of 332 at Bellerive Oval in Hobart.

Ed Joyce (112) notched a fine century as Ireland reached 8 for 331 on Saturday, but team-mate Andy Balbirnie was cruelly run out just short of a ton on 97 off 79 balls.

A win for Ireland will put the associate nation in the driver's seat for qualification to the quarter-finals.

More to come.
