Costume party tickets selling
Members of the Hedland Water Polo Association can't wait to see the costumes people come up with for this year's Pimps and Pros event.
There are only limited tickets left for the annual fundraiser, so anyone wanting one is encouraged to head to The Walkabout Hotel Motel with $55 in cash as soon as possible.
A spokesman for the association said he expected the February 14 event to sell out.
This year, DJ Scen and DJ Josh Clifford, both Hedland locals, will be keeping the crowd pumped by playing plenty of dance music. One of the biggest nights on the Hedland calendar, there is no entry for anyone who isn't wearing a costume.
There will be prizes for best dressed male and female, with judging to occur not long after the 9.30pm lockout.
The spokesman said there will also be a number of frozen drink specials to keep their revellers hydrated.
Tickets are available from Smirkey's Sports in South Hedland or from The Walky.
They must be paid for in cash, and each ticket includes a ride home on a bus route drop off.
