Mandurah show to celebrate an Elvis milestone

The King would have turned 80 in January.

In celebration, the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre is presenting a one-show-only musical tribute to Elvis Presley on his birthday.

Renowned Presley impersonator Gary Anderson returns to the stage for the two-hour spectacular.

The show celebrates the early years of the greatest entertainer of all time, allowing the audience to relive the excitement, energy and magic that millions of fans enjoyed when Presley took the stage in the 1950s, 1960s and early 1970s.

Anderson has performed in eight countries, entertaining more than a million fans during a career spanning 20 years.

He has enjoyed standing ovations and sellout shows while thrilling audiences from the Crown Casinos in Perth and Melbourne to the dazzling Las Vegas strip.

A winner at the world official Elvis Presley enterprises competition, Anderson guarantees to have fans clapping, dancing and singing along.
