Youths steal pizza delivery car, allege police

Police have charged three juveniles with theft of a pizza delivery car in Bluff Point, Geraldton, yesterday morning.

Police say the youths arranged for the delivery and while the driver was at the door of the address, two youths entered the car and drove away.

Police allege the 16-year-old driver and passenger picked up three more passengers aged between 13 and 16 and proceeded to drive through Spalding.

Police stopped the vehicle on Mark Street in Beresford where all five occupants were arrested and taken to Geraldton Police Station.

A 16-year-old was charged with stealing a motor vehicle and driving without a driver’s licence.

Two of the juveniles were charged with stealing a motor vehicle.

The three youths are expected to appear at Geraldton Children’s Court on September 24, while the two other juveniles will face court at a time yet to be determined.
