Dad shocked by road rage attack after school drop-off
A South Australian father has suffered cuts to his face after a road rage attack outside a prestigious boys’ college.
The dad drove his Mercedes out of the St Peters Primary carpark in Hackney after a school morning drop-off when without warning, a man smashed the driver’s side window.
Police say the attacker used a distinct lime green scooter and then fled the scene.
In a statement, the school principal said it was lucky no students were involved in the attack.
Other parents say while it can be a hectic time during drop-off hours, it is no excuse t attack another person.
“It’s quite difficult getting out of the school so it’s probably frustration,” one parent said.
The injured dad was treated by paramedics for cuts to his face and shock.
The attacker remains on the run and is described as being Caucasian, aged in his 30s, wearing a blue-hooded jacket and black trackpants.
