Remains found near Hackney Bridge
Remains discovered near Adelaide's Hackney Bridge over the River Torrens have been removed for forensic testing.
Police and SES volunteers scoured the area near Botanic Park this morning after a member of the public reported finding remains in the area.
Investigators are not ruling out the possibility that they are human, but do not expect to know for sure until later this afternoon.

Earlier, State Emergency Service volunteers arrived to assist police and STAR Force officers were also on the scene.
Forensic experts were spotted digging through mounds of dirt and removing items from the area.
Police have asked the member of public who reported the remains to make contact again.
