Mexican Singer's Sanitary Pad Falls Out During Live TV Performance
A Mexican singer lived out every female performer’s worst nightmare when her sanitary pad fell out from between her legs while she was singing on live TV.
But rather than stumble or cut short her performance, 42-year-old Patricia Navidad bravely carried on singing on the show, which was seen by thousands of stunned viewers.
Patricia, who was wearing a short blue mini dress, was performing live on morning TV show Despierta America (Wake Up America) when the incident happened.
After a brief grimace as she realised what had happened, Patricia courageously stepped away from the pantie pad and finished the song without faltering.
However, cruel trolls on Twitter have made fun of the singer, who later defended herself against the bullies.
She tweeted: “I want to make it clear that I never threw or would throw the pad.
“It fell by itself through a very sophisticated tunnel! Thank you, I love you.”
She later added: "This is not something I should be ashamed of or be mocked for.
