In an attempt to conceal the killing, she chopped up her partner’s body and cooked the pieces in a pot before dumping the remains in rubbish bags at a public landfill in Molina, authorities said.

Valdes admitted the killing to police after being questioned on Monday, prosecutor Marcelo Garrido said.
