Police doorknocking homes in Riverland murder case

Major crime detectives are doorknocking homes in Mildura seeking more information into the murder of Luciano Caruso in South Australia’s Riverland last month.

Mr Caruso was found dead at his Monash house on November 27, with his death declared a major crime.

Police have arrested and charged a man over the murder, but believe more people are involved in the murder.

Detectives are seeking more information about the victim’s car, which was stolen at the time of his murder.

Police said the black Holden Calais sedan with registration XLS408 had been seen in Mildura in November before being recovered by police on December 4.
