Gun used in bottle shop robbery

Two men armed with a gun have held up bottle shop in Adelaide’s northern suburbs overnight.

Police say the men threatened staff at the Salisbury Plain BWS and demanded money at about 8pm yesterday.

They fled with cash, alcohol and cigarettes.

Meanwhile, a man armed with a stick has robbed the gaming room of Mick O’Shea’s Irish Pub at Hackham this morning.

Police say the offender demanded money from staff at about 8.15am and fled with cash.

No one was injured during either robbery.
