Piers Morgan rebukes mum on TV over invoice for her daughter's scuffed designer booties

Piers Morgan has lambasted a British mother who sent another parent a $550 bill for her daughter's scuffed designer booties, reducing her to tears on breakfast TV.

Sarah Louise Bryan was previously known for the making designer dresses out of pubic hair and fish, but the past week she's has been deflecting criticisms regarding her post-playdate bill.

Hoping to defend the issuing of a bill for the Italian fur boots on TV, the mother was instead blindsided by the tabloid journalist who pulled no punches.

"You sent her in a £325 pair of booties to your mate's house and she gets a few pen marks on them – which by the way happens with three-year-old girls," Morgan said in a blast.

"I have a five-year-old girl. They get pen marks on them, they draw.

"And then when she comes back with these pen marks you have the audacity to send her an invoice."

Trying her best to stop herself from crying, the mother said she had also packed some spares before asking the host of Good Morning Britain what he would have done.

"What would I do? Well I wouldn't be buying my daughter £325 shoes to start with," Morgan fired back before labelling her the "worst kind of parent".

With her voice quivering, Ms Bryan slammed Morgan for being "unfair" after she already copped so much "cyber bullying" and attacks on her parenting.

Ms Bryan had defended her parenting earlier in the interview, telling Morgan her young daughter only wears top designer clothing.

"Bella is already so image-conscious that she knows how to accessorise and is very colour co-ordinated," she said about her young daughter.

"It's fine for other parents to dress their kids in cheap Primark gear, but I think Bella wants to be more than that and I'm happy to spend money to make her look good and feel special."

Following the interview, Ms Bryan told UK tabloid The Sun she should not have suffered so much abuse on TV.

"Producers and people were apologising for what had happened," she told the paper.

"Piers is a vicious bully who is trying to be controversial – but as far as I am concerned he has no balls."
