A little girl brought up the one question you should never ask a lady – her age. And who did she ask? No one less than Michelle Obama.

The young girl, Anaya Brodie, popped the daring question during the question-and-answer portion of the White House's annual Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day.

"How old I am?" the first lady replied. "I'm 51," she the confidently told the crowd.

Anaya then gave some inaudible reaction, sparking Obama's curiosity.

"What? What does that mean? What's that look?" Obama asked Anaya.

"Say that again? Give her the mic," she told a member of staff. "What was that, babe? I didn't hear you."

The little girl's response was then the best answer Obama could have wished for.

"You look to too young for a 51-year-old," Anaya told the first lady.

Thrilled about the response, Obama asked the girl to come up on the stage to give her a hug.

Anaya happily threw her arms open and ran up on stage to give the first lady a big hug.
