A woman in her 30s has been found dead at a suburban Perth property.
WA Police said emergency services attended an address on Sabina Road in South Guildford, in the city's east, where the woman's body was discovered on Thursday morning.
Investigations into the death are ongoing. No further information was available, with police to provide an update at a later stage.
Dozens of detectives flooded the street, which is a new housing development. Police are performing a door knock to obtain witness reports and any information they can to piece together what has occurred, The West Australian reported.
A neighbour told the publication the death has "freaked out" residents.
"It's a very safe quiet street, we don't even lock our doors at times."
