Woman found dead in hotel room
A 51-year-old woman has been found dead inside a Canberra hotel room.
ACT Police were called to a hotel on National Circuit in Barton about 1.15pm on Tuesday following reports a woman had been located deceased in a hotel room.
Police confirmed the woman’s death does not appear to be suspicious.
However, investigations to establish the exact circumstance surrounding the woman’s death are ongoing.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
