Bros get into a biff on US street, then hug it out like old mates

Two bros got into a brawl on the streets of Philadelphia before hugging each other and high-fiving with great, unfounded affection.

Security cameras captured the scrap late on Thursday night when one of the men challenges the other as he sits on a stoop smoking a cigarette.

Both appear to know each other and appear intoxicated when their verbal exchange quickly explodes into a sloppy fight of flailing, flying fists – most missing their mark.

Cigarette sparks fly as the bros grapple each other and swing wild haymakers.

The bros were talking before they started scrapping.

Then the antagonist backs away and throws his arms wide open as his rival comes in close and embraces him in a loving bear hug.

The former rivals fall on a car bonnet and hug it out for 11 seconds – and possibly even kiss each other on the cheek – before shaking hands like gentlemen at the end of friendly duel.

It did not appear to take much to set the bros off.

It's an unusual conclusion to the fight, but then Philadelphia is the "City of Brotherly Love".
