Multiple Tractor-Trailers Blown Over in Virginia
High winds in Virginia blew over multiple tractor-trailers on I-77 near the North Carolina border on Thursday, January 18. Two lanes of the highway were closed, causing major traffic delays, a news report said.
A truck also blew over in the same area Wednesday night, a news report said. A high-wind alert was in effect for the area.
