Teen girls attacked in shopping centre assault caught on CCTV

Police are searching for a group of women involved in an assault and theft in Melbourne.

Victoria Police have released video of the incident at the DFO at South Wharf on January 27, and images of those they believe can help with the investigation.

Two sisters are seen walking past what appears to be a sporting goods store when a group suddenly sidles up behind them.

A woman in a black singlet with a backpack steps in front of another in a black jacket and the two begin to shove each other. A teen in a white t-shirt tries to break it up, but the fight escalates.
