Victoria to enjoy burst of late winter warmth
Forecasters are tipping a record run of late winter warmth as the mercury climbs well above the August average.
Not a cloud in the sky and an abundance of sunshine, today's conditions in Melbourne are a perfect remedy for a case of the winter blues.

The temperature in the city rose to 19.4 degrees by 3pm, but it is expected to reach a top of 21 degrees.
Melbourne can expect a top of 21 degrees on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, before temperatures rise to 22 degrees on Sunday.
A cloudy day with a top of 21 degrees is forecast for Monday, before the temperature falls to 18 degrees on Tuesday.
