Ukrainian Air Force successfully strikes Russian command center in occupied Luhansk
The Ukrainian Air Force Commander Mykola Oleshchuk confirmed the successful strike on the control center of the Russian military grouping "Center" in temporarily occupied Luhansk in his April 14 Telegram post.
"After a pause, I thank the Air Force pilots for the successful and, above all, effective strike on an enemy facility in Luhansk Oblast on April 13, 2024," he wrote, adding that the Ukrainian pilots did a great job and returned safely to the base.
Oleshchuk also promised more similar strikes on the enemy's rear in the future, once Ukraine receives more missiles from its Western partners.

On April 13, explosions were heard in occupied Luhansk near a machine-building plant where the enemy forces were stationed. Smoke over the city was captured in photos and videos shared on social media.
